Fair Progress Report Site maps Compare the changes in
color scheme for the selected reports below. Although our site map displays
a copyright of 1963, |
it shares most of its
color scheme to the 1962 versions. Several details carry over to the
newer version such as the
designated green areas. |

Here is our map again,
showing a similar area as the progress reports. Compare it to the
pictures above.
Observations:
The light yellow parking
area at the top of the map, below the green area does not show 'lines' just
like Report 6. However, line appear in Report 7.
There's a green area on
the right side of the pink area where the
First National City Bank (18 on our map) is located. In report 6
it is a pink area and changes to green by Report 7.
Our site map seems to be
a hybrid of these two maps.

So what do all
these numbers mean? We don't know. Below is a
chronological list of pavilion Ground Breaking dates through the end
of 1963. It appears the numbering scheme may be based on contract
dates for the commitment to build at the fair! Certainly not Ground
Breaking. |
Thank you to Kevin "Yadda
Yadda" and Marc Williams from
PTU for
supplying the dates |
